my One has not been able to sync in 2 days. It says it cannot find the tracker. there is also an update I cannot add because it cannot find the tracker. I have tried resetting the One and it has not made sync work. no error codes except it not finding the tracker. Please help!

I have the same issue. It started yesterday. Can anyone help?
Dashboard says fitbit battery charge is low, but charger says it is charged.

Restarted fitbit away from my phone & computer (Bluetooth connections). This seemed to fix the problem.

Was it subsequent to a firmware upgrade? Did you presse the red arrow top right in the app to launch the upgrade process?

not sync. Today I keep trying to restart and it will not. Ill count to 23
seconds and then the timer starts. 17 seconds the timer starts. Or Ill
count to 30 and let go of my fingers and it did not shut down to be
restart. I'm getting very frustrated.

could take 10-15 minutes not to close the window. I accept and it starts.
Then it tells me it cannot locate the tracker and cant update. please help!

I have downloaded the app to use with my fitbit one and I don' have the steps counter on it and it won' sync. The Bluetooth won' pair with the one ...i have uninstalled...there is no option on Bluetooth to unpair....help needed ...pleaassse ...it was working all fine till 4 days ago
