old fitbit one stopped working

Hello, my very old fitbit one (3-4 years) suddenly stopped working yesterday. Has been working flawlessly for years. However, yesterday all totals except the calorie count were at zero at the end of a very busy day, and today still at zero. Any way to reset it, or should I just bite the bullet and get a new one?

It sounds like its gone.

 

You could try a restart but I dont think it will help

They dont last forever. Mine is 3 years old. 4 years is pretty good!

 

But contact support as they will offer you a discount
