"No sleep logged"

I've had my fitbit one for about 9 months now. I have occasionally had it not record my sleep or duplicate sleep logs. I just figured it was an annoying glitch and ignored it but now it has not recorded sleep 3 times in the past week. I do properly set it to sleep at night and tap to wake up in the morning. It will briefly show me the time slept then it goes away giving me the response "No sleep logged." The sleep log is a feature that I find very useful when it works and this is very frustrating.

@tpete Welcome to our Community! If you were wearing your tracker then you can manually log your sleep by going to the specific area on your account. Also restart your tracker to see if this helps it record your sleep by doing the following:

1.- Plug your charging cable into your computer.
2.- Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
3.- Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
4.- Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.

Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your reply, Alvaro. I prefer not to manually record my sleep because what I'm looking for is the amount of restlessness and waking during the night. When searching on the forum I came across many suggestions to restart my tracker as you suggested here. I did that a few days ago and so far so good. Thank you for your help.

@tpete Great to hear that your issue was resolved after restarting your tracker. I just wanted to clarify that the restlessness and awake time should still show on the graph if you were wearing your tracker at the time since the graphs is based on the motion your tracker detected. Still I am happy that this is resolved. I would like to invite you to check our Discussions board where other members share their experiences and great tips to stay active.

Hope to see you around!

No, it wasn't showing on the graph. It was completely blank. Still no issues since the restart so I am satisfied, but it was very frustrating at the time.

@tpete Thank you for getting back to me and for the clarification. If odd that the graph didn't show the details but now that your tracker is recording your sleep you shouldn't have any problems with it.

I'll be around!
