My new fitbit one came today. I ordered black. The clip is black but the tracker is the same as my old burgundy one. Are all the trackers the same color? Thanks!

No they have a black and a Burgandy one.
I would contact support and exchange it.

Happened to me as well. I lost my original fitbit one that was black/grey after 3.5 years. I ordered a black one from Amazon and it was the burgundy color with black clip. I returned it and ordered one directly from fitbit. It arrived today and the same issue. Package says black, but it's clearly burgundy. I called support and opened a case and they said they would get back to me.

I have tried 5 times to get a black Fitbit One, three through Amazon and two through Fitbit.com. I still have no black Fitbit One. Six weeks after the orginal poster's occurence, the shipping problem is still occurring.

Welcome to the forums @MaryB781! Wow, that's pretty weird. So basically you want a Fitbit One in Burgundy right? Have you contacted our Support Team reporting this? I'm amazed it has happened 5 times now, that's definitely odd. Good luck and keep me posted!

No, I have ordered a black one each of the five times. I have spoken/chatted with support six times after the latest burgundy Fitbit One arrived on 9/28/16. I have shipped that One back. A black One was to ship on Thursday, 9/29. It has never been shipped. Reps cannot tell us why it hasn't shipped. One did give us a false tracking number and then hung up on us. The latest promise was that the order had a problem, and the rep cancelled that and reordered another. That was Saturday, 10/01. Will the Fitbit One ever ship, and will it be the right color? Meanwhile, the charge for a Fitbit One is on my credit card.

@MaryB781 thanks for getting back to me. Wow, that's indeed pretty odd. I suggest contacting back our Support Team so they can give you the estimated time of delivery. Mention to them that the charge has been made to your credit card and they should be able to provide you with a resolution.

Happened to me 5 times too. Twice with Amazon, three times with fitbit. When the 5th burgandy one arrived in a black box I once again called the customer support. This time I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. Finally I was told there had been a problem but they thought they pulled all the packages with the wrong color tracker. She sent my case to corporate headquarters in San Fran. I received an email from them saying a black tracker would be sent to me overnight from their headquarters. And finally after more than 6 weeks , having to send back 5 burgandy trackers and way too much time spent on the phone with customer support on the sixth try my black tracker arrived. Good luck.

@dmklmp oh my! That sounds like quite an odyssey you had to go through in order to get your black One tracker. I'm truly sorry for the confusion with the colors. However, I believe our Support Team is definitely able to help in cases like these. Thanks a lot for sharing what worked for you, I'm sure this will help other community members in this thread also experiencing the same situation.

I've had the same trouble. I've gotten three "black" trackers from Best Buy, two in store and one shipped from them online. All three were in black packaging with black accessories but the tracker is still burgundy. I spoke with Fitbit support and they sent me one with the same result, black package and accessories with a burgundy tracker. I'm not sure whats going on over at Fitbit but they seem to have quite a problem. And at this point it's too much of a hassle to try and return half a dozen trackers until they get it right...

I did receive a Fitbit One today: another burgundy one. Why won't Fitbit admit there is a problem? This has been occurring for customers for at least two months. Why can no one at the warehouse check the inventory? If no more black Fitbit Ones exist, then quit advertising them. If they do exist, then ship them as ordered.

After almost a month, five returned burgundy Ones, and many phone calls, I did receive a black Fitbit One. It was shipped from corporate headquarters in CA, not from the IN warehouse.

The first two I bought were from Amazon and they were packaged incorrectly, that was back in August.
