How do I reset the tracker? For some reason it doesn't sync!

Hi @myrtle58, welcome to the Community! Sounds too bad that your One is not syncing... Let me suggest you something, first of all try to restart your tracker and then please follow the instructions on this article, I'm pretty sure those instructions will help you out!
