I'd just like to know if Fitbit fixed their issue with the trackers pausing in the middle of a workout by accidentally pressing the side button? As many in previous threads mentioned, plenty of software fixes could be implemented to fix an issue that's been bothering plenty of us for a while and the company seemed to be unwilling to listen.
I'm about to replace trackers for a few people and they all wanted to know if this was still an issue. Were happy to move to another company if it is as it seems to be a 5-6 year old problem that i can't find a positive update on.
