Adding new fitbitt

I can not add a new replacement fit bit to my account.  How to?

Assuming phone app, from Today' page, tap profile pic in upper left to get to 'Account' page.  Scroll down to 'Set up a Device' and follow prompts from there.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
