On Thursday, my screen went blank. Then the sensor lights stopped flashing/working. I left it off for a couple of days as I was not home and didn't have my charger. Once I was able to put it on charge, I got the smiley face logo and saw a battery indicator on 2% it was on 62% two days previously. I went through the troubleshooting steps and at one point, I had my normal watch screen on show for a few seconds. I managed to sync the device, and my battery life showed as 12%, which has not changed since, despite leaving it on charge for 2 hours. The sensor light sometimes flashes and the device seems to be picking up some things and will sync to some degree, but I have not had a working screen since Thursday. The chat function via the app is not working. I have installed any available updates and I am not sure what the problems could be at all.

@TillyShinything It sounds like it could be dying or defective. If you've tried all troubleshooting methods, then I think the next course of action is to reach out to Customer Support. Good luck!

I have been sent replacement/discount code for the warranty issue. It was dying the poor thing! Ha thanks 😊

How long ago did you buy it? I bought mine one year and one weak ago, seems like I’m out of luck. What a piece of junk

Originally purchased June 2021 but fairly recently (April) was replaced. Was quite shocked it didn't last very long, but i have been in touch with the helpline and they were able to identify it was faulty so sent me replacement codes or discount on a different device. I hope you're able to get some help with yours.
