Hi!
My Fitbit charge 4 keeps telling me how many steps are left to achieve my goal. I don NOT want this. All the notifications are off and I still get them. This is a replacement piece. It didn't happen with my other piece and I haven't changed anything. Plus, these notifications are totally wrong and unreliable, as sometimes I get a notification saying I need 200 steps to achieve my goal when I just get up. I can guarantee you I don't sleep walk!

Hi, @Sdvbgirl , could this be your “reminders to move”? You can turn this off in your app. On your Fitbit app from the Today screen click on the picture icon/photo top left to take you to the account screen. On the account screen click on your device picture (Charge 4). Under General you will see “Reminders to move” . Click on that and on the next screen toggle it to OFF. You should then stop seeing these reminders.
I hope this helps!
