Still not receiving notifications... Its been literally months since it worked. Currently it tells me I need to restart my device or my phone but that doesn't change anything.

I'm not getting any notifications anymore. I used to get notified of phone messages and phonecalls. I'd like to know how to fix this.

My charge 2 stopped receiving texts and phone calls about a week ago. It wasn't showing as a device on my blue tooth screen on my iphone. I reset the fit bit, shut down my phone, the fit bit would show as blue tooth connected and then disappear, followed all the steps from fitbit - and did it all about 20 times to no avail. Finally went on my fit bit app on my phone ,scrolled down and noticed All Day Sync was turned off. Turned it on, now my phones blue tooth recognizes my fit bit and I am getting texts and calls again!
