App not registering current time

I have been traveling internationally for 2 years with no issues but recently, my app doesn’t sync activities in real time. My watch is the correct time but it will have my sleep start at 11:30am and end at 7:00pm. Same for exercise and activities. It will put it on the day before at 11:00pm and my current day will show nothing. No rhyme or reason for times. I changed my country setting to the current country I’m in but it didn’t fix anything

Hi @Sonrisapt.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  App issues are usually platform specific.  You post can get moved to a better fit forum, where you might get more help.
