This is driving me nuts .. the app says it’s synced , but it’s not showing my true hours . Just shows 1 . Have tried all the troubleshooting steps , This has been the last three days .

Hi @Girlinterrupted can you give more info on what you mean by, "Not showing my true hours"?

You mention an app, but we are on the hardware board. The app is on what device?
