App shows lower steps

I was hoping that someone can answer my question. My Fitbit app keeps lowering my points for my steps and I was wondering if anyone knows how my Fitbit app is doing this and if I can stop it from lowering my points for my steps. Because I remember my points for my steps were much higher yesterday than they are today.

Can you explain what lowering your points means?

Are you talking about WW and Activity points as that's all that comes to my mind as I'm a Weight Watcher Person

I was meaning my steps keep getting lowered on my Fitbit App. I had my steps up at 33.00000 and something and then when I checked the next day my steps had lowered to 24.00000 and something and now my steps have lowered to 14.00000 and something and it never happens to any of my fitbit friends just me. So from being second place on my friends list I have moved to last place and I wear my Fitbit everyday unlike my big sister. Do you know what could be causing this and if you do can I stop it from happening in anyway.

@SunsetRunner It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is lowering your steps.

Before I proceed accordingly, please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, please log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. After this, sync your Charge 2 and see if your sync completely and appear on your Dashboard properly.

Finally, please provide a screenshot of the page that doesn't show your steps completely.

Thank you so much for your help my friend!

See you later! Smiley Happy

I now have the up to date app and I have restarted my mobile device and I have also synced my fitbit charge 2 to the app again. But my device won't let me take a screen shot of my steps on my app so I can't do that. I hope it will work better now. Thank You.

What devices should be able to take screen shots because the mobile device I am using doesn't seem to have anyway of taking screen shots. And I doubt that my steps will just be sorted out just like that. They are still way lower than they should be. I obviously want my Fitbit App to display my steps right.
