Battery dying quickly

My fitbit charge 2 battery seems to be dying quickly and it never has done this before, so I am looking for some help - or is it time for a new watch?

How old is it? As they dont last forever. But try these steps and if it doesn't help then contact support to see what they can offer you

 

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

 

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
