Best Achievement Stats Incorrect

I was investigating my max steps in a day and found that my profile lists it as:

Steps | 29,369 on July 29, 2018

However, as you can see I have had over 40k steps evident by the cleats page.  This badge was earned on July 2, 2018 so there isn't a discrepancy with waiting for it to sync or anything.  Any help?

Let me share with you that we are aware of this issue that's affecting the best achievement stats of some users and working to resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime we work on this, I recommend you to keep everything up to date because we will release an update to resolve this situation.

This is still a problem Nov 2020. My Best Achievement status actually list the very first day I started using a Fitbit, and nowhere near my actual "best achievement. Just fyi. Please fix.

My best achievements have been stuck on 1000 steps since December 2018 when I’ve done 30k steps before. It’s now 2022 and there’s still no fix for this issue?

Yes, it’s still wrong in 2022. It must be a low priority. Maybe most users never notice. 😞
