Hi, I used to get maps of my bike rides but that is no longer happening, not sure why. The GPS is enabled for bike rides and the GPS on my phone is on however I don't get the phone icon they talk about on my watch only the GPS tear drop. Any suggestions?

Hey @kylie_shoots. Let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Let me ask you this, what is the phone model that you are using with your Charge 2 to get GPS data, is it compatible? In the meantime, I'd like you to take a look at the information and follow the troubleshooting in this help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for your reply @kylie_shoots! Did you already tried the tips in the help article that I posted above? If not, please give it a try and let me know if that works!
I'll be around!

Hi,
I have a similar problem.
Using Ionic with Samsung Galaxy S10e
The GPS is working fine because when I track walking I get a map and all other info.
But I don't get a map after a bike ride. I can select a ride on the Ionic, but it doesn't create a map. And I the tracking via cellphone doesn't give me the option to select bike for track.
Help solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem on an iPhone X and a Fitbit Charge 2. They have been working together for the past couple years and two days ago, both the bike ride and hike options did not generate a map after my workout. Already checked all the basics per the Customer Service Rep’s recommendation. Very strange. Would appreciate a solution from Fitbit.

I have a Fitbit Blaze and always could see the bike route map. Galaxy s20 is my phone. Frustrating.
