Black Display Charge 3

The screen on my tracker is black. This was Ok as jt came in my phone but I have tried to fix it .

I looked in the internet :
It says you have to change clock , no clocks were available
or plug it in charger and press button this did not work either , although I could feel it vibrate

Neither worked and it wrongly said it was not connected  so I tried to reconnect it to my phone .  Of course to pair it I then needed a number off my Fitbit screen which I cannot see !!

Thank you for the feedback and troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.

You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.

Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.

I am sorry as explained when I try to change the clock it says clocks not available

At the moment my device is not even created as I tried to reconnect it to solve this issue and it needs the code from my screen which I cannot see as the screen is black

Please read my initial mail , I also tried to reset it and that didn’t work . The fit bit is working , the green light is on , it buzzes , I jsut can’t see it anywhere - not on the Fitbit and now not on my phone either

My Charge 3 has a similar blank screen issue.

I can not see anything on the screen at all.

Tried the technique of changing watch faces.

the Charge 3 vibrated each time I changed and synced a new watch face.

However, no live screen.

Have since tried a normal restart and the deep restart as suggested in older posts.

Still nothing.

The screen was darkening off a few months ago and gave up using it since then.

Wanted to use it again now, but as mentioned above, the screen is now totally blank and of no use to anyone.

Same issue with my Charge 3. I thought it is not working but every time that I will try to restart my device it buzzes and it's charging. I can also sync my data in my phone but the screen went black. 

Tried changing the clock face and restarting as advice but the screen is still black.
