My fitbit charge 3 display has black horizontal lines running through it. I have already tried restarting my fitbit several times. It started with just a few lines, but every few days new lines appear, and it is getting harder to read the display. I bought my fitbit November 29, 2019.
Similar problem. This Charge 3 is a replacement sent to me July 2019 for one with the same problem. As I did with the original Charge 3, I have restarted it and reset the clock face as instructed and it does not work. They need to be replaced. I have been in line for the live chat for 2-3 hours but am still waiting.
