I have tried all suggestions Re black screen, my alarm is still going off ever morning and when pressing button it vibrates but screen just black, any ideas please.
I am having the same issue. It was fine this morning but I discovered blank screen around noon. I tried restarting it from instructions in forum but it did not help. I actually can’t tell if it restarted since screen is blank.
