Black screen, fully charged.

I got my fitbit charge 3 not even a month ago and at random (I had just sat down from.getting home from the office) my screen went black. No display at all. I absolutely loved it what I could read it and I'm just wanting to know how I I could go about exchanging it.

Exchanging isn't the only solution for this. Try restarting as shown in the sidebar labeled "Restarting Charge 3." If that doesn't work, you might want to try looking up this issue on your search engine and see what other people did and see if that fixes it. If nothing works, try contacting Customer Support.

I have done that as well. I saw the try to restart and that hasn't helped
either.

If you are still within the 1 year warranty period, contact Customer Support, and they will either: A. Fix it with new or refurbished parts or B. Replace it with an entirely new tracker.
