My Fitbit charge two worked this morning my phone said it’s fully charged the green lights are flashing but the screen is black. How do I fix this

Hopefully this is just a software glitch, in which case a restart may fix it:
If that doesn't work then I'd suspect a hardware issue, in which case it's best to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
