My screen on mycharge2 is black even when I press the button. Any ideas why?  Thanks

mine sometimes go black especially if sitting in the sun - fit bits dont like hot sun and I just charge it up again for a while and its fine

Thanks but I tried that. Nothing happened. It was working when I went to bed, and was not when I got up two days ago, and hasn’t worked since. It still updates on my iPad and phone and is working, just no display.
