My Charge 3 has not been working since yesterday during the night. And the day before that I noticed that it drained battery very fast. A lot of people seem to have this problem, and some have gotten answers on how to fix their problem. But I have tried holding the button and restarting my Fitbit, but it doesn’t work. I also tried to change my clock face, but it says that it doesn’t recognize any device. I have also tried holding the side button for 15 seconds, while charging it, then removing the Fitbit from the charger, and charge it again, which also does not work.
When I connect the Fitbit to the charger, it vibrates as if it is charging but it continues to have a black screen.
And some people’s Fitbit still syncs to their device but when I try to sync my Fitbit, it says that there is ‘no device found’.
so I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to fix this problem!

I am having the same problem, i talked to support and they told me basically to bad so sad. She is sending me a 25% discount on another fitbit or 40% a different Fitbit. So in other words the $150 i already spent is like I threw it away. I just got bent over. I am going to put this all over the internet how I just got cheated on the Fitbit. This is so not right

The day after yesterday I charged it, and then it worked.... which was very surprising. But it only worked for maybe 30 min. Then it died... it had a black screen and vibrated, when I pressed the side button. I have tried charging it again since then, but it doesn’t work!
