Blank Charge 3

Tried the clock face change, tried plug in and hold button for 8 seconds and 15 seconds. The unit vibrates and will sync to iphone but screen is blank and no vibrations of messages or haven't moved in the hour, etc. As it's syncing and measuring foot steps and HR is this the unit and not the app? It is 100% charged and was 60% charged at the point of the update. 

 

The fitbit app has been updated and reinstalled as has the Iphone and then for good measure the fitbit app again.
