Charge 3. Mobile device is Android Galaxy phone.
Completely blank screen.
Vibrates when I touch the button on the side, but otherwise unresponsive.
Repeatedly tried the long reboot and nothing changed.
Tried to use the app to change the clock face but it says "Unable to connect to Charge 3."
Not the first time I've had problems with utterly unresponsive Fitbit interfaces. Extremely sick of this.

I too have the same problem with my Charge 3. This is my third Fitbit!!!! The first one the screen cracked, I liked it so thought it would be safe to buy another a Charge 3. It started giving me problems and could not be fixed so Fitbit sent me another. This one, the screen went blank yesterday but came back on. This morning the screen started flashing, and then starting vibrating to the point I had to take it off. After trying ALL the suggestions, I'm giving up!!! Don't think I will be getting another FITBIT, nor will I suggest anyone get one!!!!!

I understand that support is going to be slower during COVID, but it's been nearly a month. How do I get my Fitbit working again?
