My charge 3 is coming up with a blank screen. This is the 3rd time it's happened however this time nothing is fixing it, including the long reset. Suggestions for fixing?
me thing, I can get the smilie face (sometimes) when I hit the reset while it is in the charger. Then I sometimes get a straight single line going across the screen. Won't work, the reset won't work.
