Bluetooth Connection Lost Every 8 hours

Hello,

I have been having issues syncing my Fitbit. Every 8 hours or so, when I go to sync my charge 4, The app will say “Connection Lost” So then I have to completely re-Pair my Fitbit to my phone again. If this was every once and a while, then no big deal. But it is multiple times every day. This is driving me crazy and I would like to fix this. Anyone have any ideas? thanks

I too have this problem. I had a Charge 2 previously with no issues.

The only difference is that I am using a laptop to sync to as my phone isn't savvy enough for my fitbit. But even so every week it's the same thing... unpair, shut down, restart, re-pair! And now a broken strap. 

Do Fitbit think we can all replace our kit all the time.
