Bluetooth connection difficulties

Since two weeks my Bluetooth on my phone doens't find my Fitbit anymore. I already reset my Fitbit Charge 2 and then it work for one day and then it doesn't appear anymore with Bluetooth. 

Does anyone have an idea what I could do more?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your Charge 2 prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced this issue? Because of the Bluetooth connection difficulties, you're not receiving notifications or having a hard time syncing your device?

Thank you for your replay on my post.

I have an IPhone and it worked till two weeks ago perfect. Indeed I receive no messages, phonecalls and agenda points anymore. After I reset the Fitbit it worked for 1 day and after that day my phone could not find the Fitbit anymore. I did this 2 times. Is there something what I can do else to solve this?
My Fitbit charge 2 is 2,5 years old.
