My Fitbit Charge 2 is 2 years old in July, and recently the bluetooth is not connecting to my phone at all!! Everything is functioning properly and it is charging like it always has, however the bluetooth cannot connect- when I try to connect it to my phone, a message comes up and says to click either 'cancel' or 'restart bluetooth'. Even if I select restart bluetooth, it still cannot connect. I have tried restarting it and following all kinds of steps however it just won't connect. Is this because of its age, or my phone (I have an Honor 9 Lite)?
