Hi

Have been given a new ipad & I am trying to get my charge 2 to sync - cant get it to appear in my bluetooth app. I have turned bluetooth on & off closed & reopened app, rebooted ipad , rebooted fitbit, reinstalled fitbit software all to no avail - if I try to sync in device get no device found message.

I also tried to re add a new device - didnt work either

also have the app on my Iphone & I get no device found. i can see it in my bluetooth settings as not connected & when I try to connect I get make sure charge 2 is turned on & in range. Yes it is on & its in the hand holding the **ahem** phone..

this is really irritating - please help

thanks

Log into the Fitbit app and agree to any and every permission requested. The tracker should sync.

Stay out of the phone/ipad Bluetooth. There is nothing you can do from this screen other than remove the tracker.

This is one of the first steps with a sync problem.

You say you can't connect Bluetooth but haven't mentioned the error. It doesn't matter since the tracker does not need to be a trusted device.
