I can't find an email address anywhere on those pages only Twitter contact and I don't have a Twitter account. My fitbit has broken and I need to contact them urgently. Can anyone help?

Hi @Gillygogs you've posted to an old thread. The Blaze was discontinued quite a few years ago. I had one that died and loved it. There is no email support, but Twitter isn't the best way to reach them. Phone or chat is usually the best, but with the current recall on the Ionic style, they are probably slammed. So, can you explain a bit what's going on with yours? At least that way, we'd know where to direct you.

You will not find an email link but will find a contact form to fill out, phone number, and a link to live chat (provided if there are people available)
