I bought the extended warranty with the Charge 2 watch and the glass is cracked. How do I get this replaced?

Hi @HeatherP1980  if you bought the device and warranty from Fitbit, you should have an email about the warranty. Square Trade is the company that does the warranty and you need to get with them.
