Walking at a moderate pace 4 miles, a different app showed me 275 calories burned. Walking the same distance, path, and pace; Charge 3 showed 1,100 calories burned. Both are so different and not even close. Is Charge 3 showing me accurate data?

This seems to be a very common problem. I just read trough this post with people having the same issue.

I also tried to make sure that I wear my Charge 3 properly. Still, besides it counting WAY to many steps, the amount of calories I burned a day a always extremely high. My BMR is 1800. Still on my lud days I end up burning 3000 calories a day. When I am active and Throw in a 40 Minute workout, I end up at 4000+ calories burned - according to my Fitbit. This seems way to high. Since I track my food, too. I would loose 2 pounds a week. But In fact my weight is maintaining right now with about 2400 a 2600 cals intake a day...
