My significant other and I power walked 4 miles on the beach and his calories burnt was much higher than mine. Today I logged 30,206 steps, lifted weights for 20 minutes, 246 active minutes and 55 flights of stairs compared to his 20,157 steps 158 active minutes and 6 flights of stairs and no weight lifting. We both have 3,200 calories burnt which seems unfair to me. He is 57 and I am 53 to put things in to reference with our age. Any feedback would be appreciated.
