I have noticed that when I set my exercise to yoga I usually burn about 200 calories in the hour. Normal.
I forgot a few times to stop the exercise session and then within 4 hours including the original yoga session it now says I’ve burned 1400 calories! I usually only burn 2000 a day. Why does it do this ?

Look at your heart rate graph during those 4 hours.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @emmlets.Thank you for sharing your calorie inquiry.
Did the exercise tell you that you burnt 1,400 calories? What time was when you saw the calories? How many calories did you burn the day you forgot to exit exercise mode?
Thank you for your assistance @JohnnyRow.

From the heart rate graph you posted of the 4 hour period, you can see that, particularly in hours 2 and 3, your heart rate often in the cardio zone, leading to the high calorie burn, as calorie burn is based on heart rate. So either you were doing something strenuous in that time, or you were getting incorrect heart rate readings. As I suggested in my first answer above, calorie burn questions are usually actually a question of heart rate.
