Can't update software on some devices to sync my Charge 3

I'm trying to update my software so I can sync my Charge 3 with my iPhone 6x and my Surface Pro 3. When I search on my Surface Pro 3 for the latest Windows 10 app, the only ones I can find need to be downloaded via Apple or Google. On my Surface Pro 3 I'm running Firefox and have tried looking in the Microsoft store for the latest app version but find it doesn't have the latest app and I don't want to mess around with Google. Where and how can I get this latest updated app to download..?

On the Charge 3, the screen is always getting hung up in the sleep mode setting and seems to get stuck there. I've tried resetting it well over 2 dozen times without any resolve. Could the battery be going bad and how can it be replaced if needed..? I'm about ready to give up due to all these issues I've had and it's only about 1 year old..!! Where can I take it in to get looked at..?
