Cannot change clock face on Charge 3

 Hi, I am unable to change my clock face on my charge 3. I have rebooted my fitbit.

This is how i am trying to change it.......... in the app i go to clocks then select the face i want then all i get is a blue spinning circle.

Any ideas on what i am doing wrong?

The app has been broken for a long while.

You can change the clock face using the web app, but not using the phone app.

I don't think anyone cares about us and our older models.  <sad trombone>

Click on your device on the left under your name.

Then "clock display" on the main menu.

Ah, i dont seem to have any 'clock display' option

I have noticed recently (August 2022) that the clock face menu works again on my Charge 2!!

I have also noticed that the "can not turn of bedtime reminders" bug has also been fixed.

Someone has been busy going through the bug backlog!  Thank you!
