Cannot charge my Charge 3

When I connect the charger to the Fitbit, it buzzes hyperactively and the battery icon flashes, but no charge goes to my Fitbit.    I have cleaned the connectors on the Fitbit and the charger.  Still does not work.

Did it charge in the first place? Mine charged for several months ok. The battery charges but it runs out before the day is done. I'm not happy. My girlfriend has one too and hers did the same thing. Her Charge 3 is older than mine so many of them must have bad batteries. Good luck on this. All I can do is call Fitbit and have it replaced but what if that one has it too?

Yes, it did charge in the beginning.  It's only about a month old, though.  Got it for Christmas.  Had a Fitbit Alta for several years and it worked and charged fine up till it didn't.  But this one is new and now can't be used. I guess I will call Fitbit and ask for a new one.  Thanks.
