I purchased a Fitbit warranty plan for a Fitbit that was returned through Amazon after a week. When I later decided I wanted to purchase a new Fitbit, I ordered a new one and for the warranty again. Fitbit would not transfer the warranty to the new device even though the other one was only a week old and refused to refund me for it. After waiting about a month to hear back, they then claimed it was over the 45 days when the refund was requested. Even though the watch was returned in less than a week. Very disappointed by the Fitbit warranty service and their dedication to customers.

Hi @WyoRyder just so it's plain - you purchased the Fitbit device from Amazon. Where did you purchase the warranty? If you purchased the warranty from Amazon, you'd need to get with them and not Fitbit. The more we know, the better to assist you.

That is a good question. Through Fitbit.

Hi there, @WyoRyder. @Odyssey13 Thanks for stopping by to help our member.
@WyoRyder I appreciate the time taken in sharing your feedback about this process, and your interaction with our Support team. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and please know your feedback won't go unnoticed as it'll help us to improve our services, and the overall Fitbit experience.
About your question, before anything else let me clarify that the Protection Plan cannot be transferred to another device. However, you can always request a refund if the purchase of this service is within 45 days as described in our Warranty Policy. While I don't have access to your case, I'd suggest replying back to our team in order to receive more details about this situation. I've also forwarded your post so they can have it on hand.
