Hi @RLEbs That must be annoying! Trh restarting your Charge 3 several times and also try a Long Restart. If you still cant set alarms after that I'd suggest you uninstall the app, reinstall it and log back in to your account. Good luck.
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Hi there @RLEbs, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided.
If you're getting that error message when trying to set or edit your alarms, I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
If your mobile phone is compatible, as my friend @NellyG suggested, try removing the alarm and then adding it once again. You can find instructions on how to remove alarms by clicking here. Basically what you want to do is:
Then they should start working. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

Have you tried setting the alarm in the Fitbit app?
