My cardio fitness score is saying I have very good cardio fitness for women my age. Trouble is, I'm a bloke? What is it trying to tell me?
I've checked my account settings and my profile is set to male? How do I get this changed?

A warm welcome to the Community @Ivpresident68. It's weird to hear that the cardio fitness feature is telling you that. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of this? In the meantime, I recommend logging out and logging back in to your account.
Hope to hear from you soon.

I have the same issue, I think it's a bug in the iPhone App. Says "your score of 45 is very good for a woman of your age", I've double checked my my profile is set to male. Can you pass this onto your dev team Community please?

@Ivpresident68 @Colmanian I recommend logging into your Fitbit.com online Dashboard on a computer and reviewing your homepage for the following message:
Click on the "Add your gender" button and select your preferred gender. That should resolve the issue with your Cardio Fitness Score.

Nope, like @Ivpresident68 my profile is already complete so I don't get that banner when I log into the dashboard.

Can someone that works for FitBit please confirm to us that a bug has been raised with your development team please? We've tried the things you've suggested. We're always going to get bugs so I don't expect it to be fixed immediately but we should be able to get confirmation that it's being fixed or on their backlog. Thanks.

Hey @B_rye, welcome to the forums! Have you checked that at the top of your Dashboard (when you log into your computer) doesn't appear this message: "Complete your profile! Add your gender"? If so, click on the "Add your gender" button and select your preferred gender. That should resolve the issue with your Cardio Fitness Score.
If you already completed your profile, but the issue persists, then change it to female, submit the changes, sync your Charge 2 then change it again to male and submit again. That should resolve it.
Let me know if that works!

Right on sister. I have the same problem. Been trying to reset it. Uninstalled and reinstalled soon many times yet I'm stuck with these magnificent stats.

This has not worked for me. Why did it change from male to female, I've had my fitbit as male for about 6 years.
