Every time I have tried to sync my watch since 22nd September it says syncing failed. On the home screen in the app it will show my daily steps, but only for that day, no history. It is not recognising any
exercise or show history for any topic.
My phone is a pixel 3

I had this problem from the same date when my Pixel XL2 updated to Andriod 11. There are many others on these forums who are reporting the same with Charge 2 and other Fitbits.
Yesterday, my Pixel got an Android 11 5th October 'security update', and all is working again.

I have been having a similar problem with laptop syncing. The only solution has been to un-pair the device, remove the app, add the app back, reboot the laptop and pair the device again. It then syncs once, but I need to do the whole process again to sync again. All Fitbit has said is that the device is out of warranty and offer 35% off on another device. The device works, it is pairing that doesn't. I will not buy another device. This is the second fitbit I have had it it seems once they introduce new devices, they program an issue into older models to have users upgrade. Either that or the devices are so overpriced, it is cheaper to give 35% off to purchase another than to determine what the issues are.
