Hello guys,
I came back home to my family and I was planning on giving my fitbit charge 2 to my little brother and purchasing a fitbit charge 3. The problem is that my brother's phone is a Huawei P8 Lite which is not in the list of supported devices for fitbit charge 2. However, we managed to sync it by logging in to my brother's account from my phone and syncing it there, which consequently allowed the syncing to the Huawei P8. But the sync happens very very rarely and when it happens, it takes ages and when I say ages, I mean more than 10 minutes.
We tried everything:
* Removing the bluetooth pairing from all devices
* Obviously removing the device from my account
* Restarting all bluetooths and the tracker
* Turning off the blue tooth from the rest of the devices
I noticed that Charge2 does not have a factory reset ability which is a disappointment. Is there anything else I could try? This will determine whether I will stay in the Fitbit family or I will migrate to a new and more reliable tracking brand.
Thanks

I don't think you will ever get consistent syncing with the P8 Lite as fitbit say:
"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:
