My Charge 2 hasn’t sync’d with my iPhone 8 since 10th March, but to be fair, I thought I’d lost it a couple of weeks ago.
I found it again today and it was dead. No surprise, I thought.
I have had it connected to the wall charger all day (11.5 hours) but it still won’t turn on.
What do I need to do, please?

Fitbit's advice for dead trackers can be found at: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Community-Basics/Is-your-device-s-screen-damaged-or-unable-to...

Thank you very much for your reply, Steve.
I’ve tried those steps.
The green sensors are flashing on the reverse but the screen remains black even after a (failed) attempt to restart the device.
I’m very upset as I loved using my Fitbit, but now cannot sadly.

That sounds like it may be a hardware fault so contacting customer support ought to be your next step.
