Charge 2 Blank Screen

My Charge 2 is displaying a blank screen. It charges and green lights are on there is just nothing on the display. 

 

Tried restarting it but still blank. My phone syncs to it still.

Just wanted to chime in that I’m having the exact same issue. Tried checking my charging connection and pins and restarting- still just a black screen. Hope they can get this fixed for us!

Mine literally just did this and I have read the forms and restarted. Still nothing. I love my Fitbit and don’t want a new one. I would like mine fixed. My phone also syncs it’s literally just the screen not working.
