Hi, I got sync with my iPhone 6 and it worked good for few minutes and suddenly display gets off and I try to fix it by trouble shooting videos, but I could not. I tried to remove the device from my phone and try to re-sync and that also failed and it says no device found. If i try to reset my device nothing happens. kindly help me to fix this...

@Boopal Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'll be happy to assist you with the display issues that your Charge 2 is experiencing. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd just like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. Let me know if your Charge 2 comes back to life after these steps.
