Charge 2 Lost Steps

My watch said 22,000 steps and when I synced my phone it onlt registered 15,000 steps then I looked at my watch and it changed to 15,000 - very strange!

@Shirleyab Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I moved your post to the Charge 2 Board as there are more chances for you to get an answer to your inquiry here.

 

Thanks for reporting the situation you experienced with your Charge 2 loosing steps. It is very strange indeed.

 

Is this the first time that this happens to you? I'd recommend performing a restart on your tracker. This should refresh its inner components and should help you out. 

 

You can also manually add the lost steps at the online dashboard if needed.
