Hi, I’ve posted about this a couple of times - my charge 2 is not working at all and I’ve already tried to reset with the charger multiple times. Can someone please assist without just telling me to reset it?
Mine stopped receiving texts, calls & notifications. After asking Fitbit they said it was yo fo with an update on iPhones. These are no longer compatible.
My Charge 2 stopped syncing yesterday at 5:40pm. Battery life also extremely short. Customer support said to try some battery life tests. But now I can't even find the thing when trying to pair. Doesn't have any Bluetooth name to pair with and I can't connect to it at all.
