Hi, I’ve posted about this a couple of times - my charge 2 is not working at all and I’ve already tried to reset with the charger multiple times. Can someone please assist without just telling me to reset it?
My Charge 2 stopped syncing yesterday at 5:40pm. Battery life also extremely short. Customer support said to try some battery life tests. But now I can't even find the thing when trying to pair. Doesn't have any Bluetooth name to pair with and I can't connect to it at all.
