Charge 2 Not syncing often.

Every day I have to try to re-sync as my iPad shows zero steps and it is getting beyond tedious. First I check blue tooth connected, not always connected for some reason, then I do the re-set press 3 times then it wipes off the steps for that hour. I don’t know where the sync now button is as it is not on my profile as instructions say.

I was having a similar problem most of last week.  Yesterday, I decided to delete Charge 2 then reinstall it.  It worked!
