Charge 2 Reset

My Charge 2 will not sync to my phone, and the date and time are incorrect. I tried resetting the phone by following instructions found on the forum, but it will not work.  The app on my phone also will no longer track my steps - step tracking is not even an option.  Any help on these matters is appreciated.

Hi @Nikoman you app can not track any steps Tyra haven't sync. Try these tips
